Israel based customers can get their order up to 4 business days, from delivery company pick ups the package.

Yes we do ship worldwide via ISRAEL POST OFFICE. The Plug orders ships over the course of two business days after an order has been processed/verified by our team

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number (International shipment only)for the shipment.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition unopened with all original tags attached. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.

It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued after a returned item has been received.

Please email our customer relations team at help@theplug.co.il with the subject line “Missing Order.” We will work with the shipping provider to locate your package. We will contact you as soon as we have an update on the status of your package.
