The Plug orders ships over the course 1-2 business days after an order has been processed/verified by our team. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen items.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

DHL EXPRESS: 

Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days.

Rest of the world: delivery within 2-5 days.

DHL STANDARD: 

Europe: delivery within 10-14 days

USA: within 6-10 days

Rest of the world: delivery within 12-16 days.

Cancellations

We ship orders as quickly as possible. please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order.

Duties and Taxes

you may be charged customs or import tax. The Plug is not responsible for import duty or customs tax, and this is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition unopened with all original tags attached. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
